男主角崩了，沉迷在幸福的虚拟世界中（找黑客的时候提过这种虚拟世界），而智脑完全控制了男主的身体，男主的大脑也在虚拟世界中不会和智脑争夺了。电影和骇客帝国有异曲同工之妙，其实可以看成骇客帝国的前传，怎么开始把人类沉迷在虚拟世界的开始。男主进到虚拟世界，手中的戒指可以证明，开头夫妻两人被歹徒袭击，有个镜头是歹徒拿走了男主手上的戒指，所以片尾来到虚拟世界后，暗示男主只是出了一场简单的车祸，并没有遭受袭击。这也可以当作是一个开放式结局。

“没有人可以理解自己看不透的选择”,这没有什么需要解释的.需要解释的是”先知还有不理解的选择?”回忆先知之前和Morpheus,Trinity的谈话,先知明确知道她这个选择的代价,但最后这个选择的代价却比她预期的高.说明这是个错误的选择(仅仅就利益而言),那么就无法看透这个选择了.但这个利益上的错误选择却并不完全错误,利益的根本就是生存的欲望,而叔本华在论自杀中就说过,像是主义,信仰,就可以超越生死,何况是仅仅被Smith入侵呢.
